What was the highlight of Super Hotel Tokyo Otsuka
Overall, it is very satisfy with the stay because the location is very easy to move around the city.
Breakfast is surprisingly good. There are many choices to choose from and more than enough to fill up the stomach and delicious. There also complementary drinks at night until 9 pm. It is close to a train station; a food market is across the street and a restaurant section closed to the hotel with very affordable price nearby.
The room is somewhat tight and with only one chair available for two people. Yes, the bathroom is very small and no space to hang the towels.

Breakfast is fabulous !!! Location is really great, near a JR station, easy to find. You can choose various kinds of pillow if you want to.

Decent
Even if the receptionists don't speak much english, they try to answer your questions with google translate. They offer a lot of cosmetics free of charge and multiple pillow types to choose from. The breakfast is pretty good, japanese style with some croissants. The bed was quite comfortable. Wifi was sometimes spotty but ok. Very close to the metro station and yamanote line.
We wanted to find the best way to keep our luggage for a day or use a shipping company to send it to our next hotel, and the receptionist didn't really offer any help. They just said they couldn't keep the luggage, they couldn't reach out to the next hotel because they don't have telephone (is this even possible) and that if we wanted to ship it, there was a shipping company next door, without any intention of helping us. Plus, their english is very basic, so communication was awful. Besides that, the room was not very clean and quite small. The capsule bathroom is quite claustrophobic. In terms of location, there's nothing to see in the area, and very few restaurants. I would suggest staying in another area unless you really want a pieceful quiet place.
